This product is suitable for alumina ceramic zirconia talc porcelain melting materials. After placing the raw materials into the melting material bucket and setting the parameters, the equipment switches to the automatic mode. The system then operates automatically based on the parameter values. At different temperature values, the equipment automatically adjusts to a certain number of revolutions. Through the specially designed spiral stirring blades, the tiny bubbles formed in the raw materials can be broken, and then the gas is extracted by the negative pressure vacuum pump. This process can reduce the porosity of the products during the hot pressing of ceramic raw materials, to a certain extent, decrease the formation of pores during product molding, and significantly increase the yield of finished products.
