The inner and outer weld leveling device for stainless steel welded pipes is a reciprocating automatic rolling device with built
in mandrels and the use of rolls to roll the stainless steel welded pipes. By controlling the rolling strength and the number of
passes, it aims to achieve the requirements of flattening the inner and outer welds of the stainless steel welded pipes, completely
removing the excess height of the inner and outer welds, and aligning them with the base material. In simple terms, it is to realize
the seamless operation of stainless steel welded pipes.
After the stainless steel welded pipe with the excess height of the inner and outer welds is rolled by the horizontal roller, the excess
height is removed, and the cross-section of the welded pipe becomes a horizontal ellipse. The mandrel is stuck inside the welded
pipe and follows it. After being rolled by the vertical roller again, the cross-section of the welded pipe becomes a perfect circle. The
mandrel and the welded pipe separate and are pulled back to the appropriate position by the cylinder when the frame is reversed,
and then a second rolling cycle is carried out.
