The stainless steel pipes are heated to the required solution melting temperature (1040 ℃ for 304 material) by induction heating, and
then the solution melting treatment is carried out in a sealed device with hydrogen as the protective gas to improve the microstructure
of the weld seam and eliminate stress, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance. Using hydrogen as the protective gas can make the
welded pipes after solution melting treatment bright and accelerate the cooling rate. The cooling of stainless steel welded pipes after
heating to the solution temperature adopts an indirect cooling method to keep the welded pipes bright.
