Product Introduction
Heating elements come in a wide variety of types and applications. To achieve the required design lifespan, strict requirements are placed on the material, processing technology, and design philosophy during development. This product can be configured with customized aging conditions, automatically cycled for testing, monitor and collect test data, generate dynamic curves, and issue test reports to analyze the service life of the tested heating element.
1. External power supply directly outputs a set voltage with a voltage range of 0-600V and a power range of 20kVA.
2. Standard products have a single output channel, but can be customized with three output channels. When using three output channels, the power-off time must be twice the power-on time.
3. Test Process: Test cold insulation withstand voltage → Perform lifespan aging test with set start/stop times and number of cycles → Collect and save leakage current and power values at set intervals → Test cold insulation withstand voltage.
4. The on/off time, collection interval, and number of cycles during the aging process can be customized, and the test report is automatically written after configuration. (For three-way outputs, the on/off time must ensure that the power-off time is twice the power-on time.)
5. Failure Alarm: Each item can have upper and lower acceptable limits set. If the limit is exceeded, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered, recording the result and terminating the test.
6. Report Generation: Customizable information such as company name, product model, and test conditions is available. Leakage current and power values collected during the aging process are generated into a curve, along with a test data list and test conclusion.
7. Report Printing: Multiple instruments are equipped with a computer and printer. The instruments and computer require independent IP network cables. Test reports are automatically printed after the test is completed. Historical test reports can be viewed or printed from the computer.
